• Manage key ops: shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Move on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Lead by example; inspire staff in operations and guest experience.
• Coach and develop Associates; recruit and nurture talent.
• Open and close the store per visual standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales or retail.
• Proven leadership and team coaching ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Manage budgets, reporting and inventory processing.
• Strong visual merchandising and floor-set planning.
• Open to variable shifts including weekends.
