• Direct key operations: shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment.

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with decision-making and team development.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Visual Manager, and peers.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
• Ability to coach, guide, and develop Associates.
