📋 Description

• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, and store replenishment.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising with Visual Manager.
• Lead visual direction from planning through execution.
• Move on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest needs.
• Lead and inspire associates in daily operations and guest experience.
• Partner with Ops and Visual Manager on budgets, inventory, and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales
• Proven leadership and staff development
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Strong Visual Merchandising and product presentation
• Budgeting, reporting, and inventory management
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and adaptable
