Visual Lead - Washington Square

📋 Description

• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, transfers, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain product presentation; restock/destock; merchandising with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with management, aligning with payroll and zones.
• Execute visual direction from planning to meeting budgets and timelines.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business, team and guest needs.
• Partner with Ops Lead for reporting, budgets, inventory, supplies, vendor relations, and facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Self-motivated; excel individually and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen using metrics.
• Values feedback and is receptive to coaching.
