📋 Description

• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Lead visual merchandising to drive store sales with Visual Manager.
• Oversee floor sets, stock management, and merchandising alignment.
• Coach and develop store team; provide feedback.
• Plan visual floor changes within payroll budgets.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Standards; open/close per plan.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric retail or sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities; ability to motivate teams.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with reporting tools to analyze opportunities and metrics.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends.
• Job Level: Associate
