📋 Description

• Oversee store visual and product strategy.
• Lead visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Manage store operations: restock, destock, product recovery.
• Lead and coach the Visual team with store leadership.
• Ensure a customer-ready store at all times.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and reporting with the GM.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Strong visual standards and brand storytelling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible with variable shifts including weekends and holidays
