📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor using data
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including restock
• Direct visual strategy from planning through execution within budgets and timelines
• Represent the business in meetings and conferences; partner with the General Manager
• Lead a team with accountability, coaching and talent development

🎯 Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with budgeting, budgeting, reporting and using performance data
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift
• Right to live and work in the UK
