📋 Description

• Lead in-store visual and product strategy to keep the store customer-ready.
• Oversee visual processes, merchandising, restock/destock per directives.
• Lead budget tracking, reporting, and planning with leadership.
• Coach and develop the Visual team; maintain brand standards.
• Represent brand in meetings; align with GM on goals.
• Maintain flexible schedule; move around store during peak times.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Leads a team with coaching and accountability.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Agile and able to manage multiple tasks in change.
