📋 Description

• Lead store visual strategy and product presentation to ensure customer-ready store at all times.
• Coordinate visual execution, stock recovery, and merchandising changes with leadership.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and scheduling in collaboration with General/Store Manager.
• Mentor Visual team, ensuring alignment with ALO’s mission and brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations on sales floor and back of house for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail leadership experience with strong visual merchandising skills
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with reporting tools and basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to plan and execute visual standards and product presentation
• Comfort with fast-paced, multi-task environment and constant movement
• Excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams
