📋 Description

• Oversee key operational and visual processes to support store needs.
• Lead visual and product strategy to ensure the store is customer-ready.
• Manage product presentation, restock, and merchandising changes.
• Own budgets, reporting and planning timelines for the visuals team.
• Lead and coach Visual team, align with General/Store Manager’s vision.
• Requires movement throughout the store to assist guests and maintain standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic with strong time management and accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
