• Oversee operational and visual processes in-store.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership or related industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment.
• Agile, able to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop talent; cross-functional collaboration.
