📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor, merchandising, and product presentation
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, ensuring timely restock and destock
• Own visual direction from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines
• Plan visual floor changes in alignment with business goals and directives
• Represent the store in leadership meetings to communicate vision and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and move for an entire shift
