📋 Description

• Oversee key operational and visual processes in-store
• Lead visual standards and merchandising for product presentation
• Plan, stock, restock, and destock based on directives
• Lead and coach store team to align with brand and KPIs
• Collaborate with General/Store Manager and partners on budgets and planning
• Ensure guest-ready, safe, and well-maintained store environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexible with variable shifts including weekends and peak periods
• Agile with ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
