📋 Description

• Lead store visual and product strategy; ensure customer-ready presentation.
• Drive visual merchandising, product recovery, restock, and destock per directives.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and business metrics (expenses, sell-through).
• Schedule and lead the Visual team; coach and develop talent toward KPIs.
• Plan and execute floor changes; coordinate with store leadership.
• Represent store in meetings; align with brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership with visual merchandising experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and communicate effectively
• Strong knowledge of visual standards and merchandising best practices
• Experience budgeting, reporting, and tracking KPIs
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long shifts
