Visual Matrix - Director of Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as Visual Matrix's senior-most internal finance resource, taking hands-on ownership of the
• Own the monthly close, general ledger, financial reporting, billing, cash management, and other
• Manage budgeting and forecasting and maintain visibility into key SaaS metrics and business
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting that gives company leadership and ASG clear visibility
• Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and finance systems by leveraging technology
• Manage and coordinate with outsourced accounting resources and external partners as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong accounting and finance experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, software, or technology
• Strong foundation in GAAP accounting and meaningful experience owning or driving month-end close
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor and doing the detailed work required to
• Experience improving financial processes, systems, controls, or reporting in a lean or
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial information into clear, practical
