📋 Description

• Implement the Visual Identity and ensure garment presentation according to the Commercial Handbook
• Drive sales by supporting store team and executing floor moves based on commercial opportunities
• Provide direct customer service and support an excellent customer experience
• Follow up on H&M Visual Identity, maintain window and in-store styling, and create a red thread
• Launch and maintain sales campaigns and activities on time and according to H&M standards
• Follow up on store KPIs with Department Manager and initiate actions to reach goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience; previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job
• Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style
• Multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and
