📋 Description

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial
• Represent yourself and the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions
• Organize and plan your workload according to store activation plan and adapt based on business
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to H&M
• Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and give input on allocation to Store Management and Area
• Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up, identify and prioritize visual & commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Curious and creative, always looking for inspiration, proactive, solution-focused, flexible, with
• A passion for fashion and leadership skills, with visual and commercial experience in a dynamic
• Experience with creative presentation and commercial execution in a store
• Good knowledge of visual merchandising, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and
• Ability to manage, follow-up, and act on selling equation and monthly sales reports
