• Execute visual and commercial curation per guidelines for store activation
• Coach and develop store team on visual and commercial presentation
• Support campaigns, stock levels, and allocation input with Store Management and Area Visual Manager
• Maintain fashion trend awareness and translate into product presentation
• Ensure store layout, signage, lighting, and displays align with global standards
• Collaborate with store teams to drive customer experience and sales targets
