📋 Description

• Act as operational interface to all other commercial functions in Sales Market, aligning VM
• Bring and communicate the VM technical perspective in weekly commercial planning meeting
• Support and communicate with Sales Market, Area and Store teams on weekly commercial priorities
• Communicate any store activation plan updates in close collaboration with other commercial
• Steer and educate VM teams to be solution-oriented about how to optimize the visual and product
• Collaborate with Material leads and other functions for in–store material in line with Commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in senior Visual Merchandising roles
• Good knowledge about physical store identity, updated on latest visual strategies and commercial
• Proved track record in driving commercial impact and developing visual teams
• Cross- collaboration effectively to achieve results
• Strong prioritization, planning, and preparation skills (Expert)
• Visual Merchandising knowledge and Commercial competence (Expert)
