Visual Merchandising Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute premium visual merchandising strategies for Studio stores and kiosks.
• Design storefronts, displays, and in-store moments per brand standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Stores to execute priorities.
• Use store data and customer insights to boost traffic, conversion, AOV, and UPT.
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising SOPs, playbooks, floor sets, and guidelines.
• Train store teams on visuals and premium brand presentation (quarterly travel to BH Studio stores in Hawaii).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in visual merchandising and retail marketing, premium environments.
• Corporate visual merchandising or multi-level in-store leadership required.
• Experience building retail marketing plans across owned and wholesale channels.
• Strong portfolio of storefronts, windows, displays, and customer flow.
• Experience creating visual standards, SOPs, floor sets, and training materials.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools for mockups, visuals, and collateral.
