🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional design experience (agency/tech/freelance).
• Strong portfolio of high-fidelity UI/web design for desktop and mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma; create structured, scalable files.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color, grids, reusable patterns.
• Ability to translate research into clear interface solutions; client-facing presentation skills.
