VMS Solutions Architect (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY)

📋 Description

• Design and deliver technical components for MSP, RPO solutions and AGS internal systems.
• Lead architecture across VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and VNDLY.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and SMEs to define scalable solutions.
• Provide leadership and holistic views into cross-business and functional solutions.
• Ensure deployments meet business needs with efficient technology and processes.
• Oversee data collection, modeling, testing, and deployment activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of AGS platforms and VMS/RPO tools (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Excellent consulting, negotiating, and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Critical Path project methodologies.
• Understanding of integration formats, data transmission, and security.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, design and testing of enterprise solutions.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and mentor analysts.
