📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end research from requirements to execution and insights.
• Design research frameworks, surveys, guides, and insight mechanisms.
• Mentor research team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and external vendors for decisions.
• Build personas across investor and trader cohorts.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base on investor/trader behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years in Research and Analysis with stock broking exposure.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience in persona creation, journey mapping, behavioral segmentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and research tools; fintech exposure preferred.
