Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage a dynamic caseload of VRS clients.
• Help individuals find and retain competitive, community-based employment.
• Coordinate intakes, referrals, and authorized VRS services.
• Develop person-centered vocational profiles, job plans, resumes, and portfolios.
• Build relationships with VR counselors, schools, and employers.
• Conduct job development, outreach, coaching, and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year degree plus two years' experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Four years experience with disabilities in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Driving record acceptable to operate on duty.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to teach, coach, and support individuals in employment.
