Understand how Telephony services integrate with the platform.
Operate, maintain, and expand SIP proxies (Kamailio/OpenSIPS).
Handle level-3 troubleshooting escalations and triaging.
Analyze telephony traffic patterns to identify issues.
Design, build, deploy and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging for Telephony apps.
Coordinate system maintenance and deployment events.

🎯 Requirements

A degree in CS, IT, Telecommunications or similar.
Strong understanding of IP telephony (VoIP) and SIP/RTP/TLS/WebRTC.
Experience with Kamailio/OpenSIPS/FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, RTPEngine; plus Wireshark, sngrep, Homer.
Linux experience with open source tools and shell scripting.
Experience with Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Python, Elixir or Go (plus).
