Timely prep/review of quarterly and annual reports, MD&A, and earnings releases.
Coordinate internal and external review of SEC and other financial reports.
Maintain compliance with SEC/GAAP reporting requirements.
Collaborate with analysis, policy, counsel, IR, strategy, treasury, and audit.
Analyze/improve SOX/SEC/FASB processes; propose automation.
Supervise junior accountants/associates; assist on special projects.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, data-analysis, or related fields.
Active CPA required.
10+ years of cumulative work experience.
Recent SEC/GAAP reporting experience in life insurance or similar financial services.
Experience with disclosure management; Workiva data management and automation.
Familiarity with ERP/consolidation platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and OneStream.
