🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree in biology, chemistry, or biochemistry, or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years in pharma/biotech industry.
• Experience leading assay development and screening with high-throughput workflows and automation.
• Extensive experience with cellular, biochemical, and imaging-based assays.
• Deep expertise in disease-relevant cell-based models and assays.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration; ML familiarity.
