• Proven ownership of complex operational programs with direct accountability for measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to independently investigate performance, identify
• Strong business and financial acumen, including an understanding of how operational decisions
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and align leaders around
