📋 Description

  • Own overall program success for Farside transformation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12–18 years in transformation, analytics, and leadership.
  • Consulting background (McKinsey/Bain/BCG or Deloitte/Accenture) + 5+ yrs in-house.
  • Proven operating model redesign and business transformation.
  • Financial modeling; defend business case to CFO-level.
  • OCM experience (Prosci/ADKAR) to drive adoption.
  • Ability to influence across tech, finance, ops, and commercial teams without formal authority.
