VP, Clinical Development

📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership for design, planning, and execution of clinical programs.
• Lead development plans aligned with product strategy and lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality trial execution per GCP and regulatory standards.
• Oversee protocols, Investigator's Brochures, study reports, and submissions.
• Translate platform insights into clinical strategy and biomarker rationale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage Absci's platform in trials.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or MD/PhD focused on immunology, protein therapeutics.
• 8+ years in clinical research incl. trial design (Phases 1-4); 5+ years leadership.
• ≥8 years in clinical research or drug development; ≥6 years in biotech/pharma.
• Biologics experience and/or platform-based drug development.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional partnerships or in-licensing.
• Excellent executive communication; translate platform science to diverse audiences.
