• Lead and scale Replit's comms function: strategy, team, agency mgmt.
• Develop and evolve Replit's corporate narrative across AI and markets.
• Lead programs across announcements, launches, customer stories, partnerships.
• Shape market understanding of Replit as AI-driven software platform.
• Build narratives around AI-powered creation, productivity, security, and the future of work.
• Partner with CEO/executives on positioning and high-stakes moments.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years in comms; 15+ years for VP.
• Experience building or scaling a comms function at a fast-growing tech company.
• Proven work with founders, CEOs, executives, and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong relationships with tech, enterprise, AI, developer, and policy media.
• Experience managing external agencies and global programs.
