VP, Compliance

📋 Description

• Build a comprehensive, industry-standard compliance program with training, audits, and risk assessment.
• Partner with the executive leadership team and Board to embed ethics and compliance in leadership, operations, and culture.
• Lead the Compliance Committee and reporting to the Board and Audit Committee.
• Advise commercial, medical, and other functions to ensure launch activities comply with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
• Establish and run compliance operations, including transparency reporting, third-party due diligence, gifts/sponsorship reviews, investigations, and monitoring.
• Develop and lead the compliance training and communications strategy, translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; JD, Masters and/or CCEP or comparable qualifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of healthcare compliance in biotech/pharma/med device and/or life sciences; experience designing/implementing programs.
• Experience supporting one or more U.S. pharmaceutical product launches.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and drive execution.
• Strong written and oral communication and discretion.
