🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience spanning top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or private
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level strategy at a company of meaningful complexity, ideally
• Deep fluency in enterprise software and subscription economics: ARR mechanics, net expansion
• A track record of building the case for a decision that was actually made, not just recommended
• Experience contributing to acquisition theses alongside a corporate development function
• Direct exposure to Board and CEO-level audiences, with writing and verbal communication to match
