📋 Description

  • Lead portfolio risk and opportunity analysis for clients.
  • Build a standardized portfolio health assessment methodology.
  • Develop a subscription-based Value-Added-Services offering.
  • Deliver executive-level portfolio assessments to top clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data Eng to refine models.
  • Spearhead data strategy, CS enablement, and new revenue initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in mortgage banking, servicing, analytics, and retention.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage portfolios, recapture, refinance, HELOC, lifecycle management.
  • Track record turning data into scalable programs across clients.
  • Experience packaging or monetizing subscription or services.
  • Strong quantitative analytics with executive communication.
  • Ability to partner with Product & Data Eng to build models.
