📋 Description

• Define and execute Customer Success and Support strategy, aligning lifecycle initiatives with
• Lead, recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing Customer Success organization.
• Partner with executive leadership and Product teams to define, measure, and communicate customer
• Drive customer retention, account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and professional services
• Develop scalable customer success models including high-touch, technology-enabled, community-led
• Define and report on KPIs including time to value, customer health, gross and net revenue

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive leadership in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale
• At least 3 years in Director-level or more senior leadership positions, scaling multi-level teams.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, onboarding, and
• Experience in HR technology or related SaaS sector strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop business strategies, manage budgets, and forecast retention and expansion.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills with executive audiences.
