📋 Description

• AI Infrastructure: Develop internal data/API layer for AI agents across GTM and Product.
• Proactive Intelligence: Deliver automated AI insights and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Semantic Layer & Governance: Build unified semantic layer for a single source of truth.
• Scaling Analytics with AI: Lead analysts to AI solution builders with automated workflows.
• GTM & Product Analytics: Own key metrics like Pipeline, Conversion, CARR, Retention, Usage.
• C-Suite Partnership: Partner with executives to align data strategy with priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15 years in data, analytics, or BI with at least 4 years in a VP/senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in data stack: Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Tableau.
• Hands-on semantic layer design and metric governance at scale.
• Strong SQL; Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build and transform teams; hands-on.
• Experience in PLG or GTM-heavy SaaS environments.
