VP, Data Operations

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, operating model and performance of our Data Management function, with
• Drive measurable improvements in speed to warehouse availability, data quality, operational
• Continuously improve the end-to-end data onboarding process so it is efficient, scalable and
• Establish clear operating rhythms, ownership, decision rights and escalation paths across the teams
• Lead and develop the Integrations, Data Onboarding, and Data Operations teams, supporting a
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Client Services, Privacy, Data Partnerships and other

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data or technology, including senior leadership of complex, large-scale data
• Ownership of end-to-end data operations, from acquisition and ingestion through production
• Deep knowledge of modern data platforms: ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, warehousing, orchestration
• Track record of building operating models, processes, and org structures at scale, and of driving
• Experience setting operational metrics and running incident management, root-cause analysis, and
• Skilled in prioritizing competing demands across onboarding, production operations, client
