📋 Description

• Develop and execute the delivery strategy for the business unit in North America, to achieve
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, applications, and customer-facing
• Set delivery models, standards, and performance expectations across all digital initiatives
• Establish and continuously improve technical delivery and governance standards, covering
• Integrate AI and intelligent automation into the lifecycle (development, testing, deployment
• Establish delivery KPIs covering speed, predictability, quality, productivity, cost, and business

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in a relevant program, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus
• 12+ years of progressive experience in digital delivery, technology, product, or program management
• Significant experience leading complex digital products, platforms, programs, or transformation
• Several years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency environment
• Proven track record across a hybrid model spanning agency or consultancy work, product engineering
• Experience scaling delivery organizations and owning delivery across a large portfolio of
