VP Developer Platform Engineering - Remote

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and roadmap for enterprise developer platform and AI tooling.
• Define standards for CI/CD, cloud platforms, tooling, and secure delivery.
• Guide adoption of AI-enabled dev tools and governance.
• Partner with engineering, security, cloud, and developer experience teams.
• Manage a global organization through senior leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Own platform performance, adoption metrics, budgets, and product priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technology roles
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Hands-on CI/CD platform authoring (Harness or GitHub Actions)
• Cloud-native infrastructure at prod scale on at least one major provider
• Familiar with Claude Code and the MCP protocol
• Knowledge of security tooling: SAST, SCA, secrets scanning, SBOM, signing
• Experience defining engineering standards in large matrixed orgs
• Experience owning/leading AI developer tools and governance
