📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Juvare’s Platform and Vertical Product Managers; establish clear roles
• Hold Product Managers accountable for customer problems, market strategy, differentiation, product
• Maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap and resolve cross-product priorities, investment
• Partner with Engineering and Design to empower teams around clear problems and measurable customer
• Translate Juvare’s company strategy into a coherent portfolio strategy across Federal, SLED
• Build and institutionalize a repeatable Juvare Growth Playbook for net-new products, zero-to-one

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience, including enterprise B2B SaaS products.
• 4+ years leading and developing Product Managers or multidisciplinary product teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing a complex portfolio across shared platforms, market-facing
