📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate real estate strategy aligned with business
• Lead portfolio planning, including lease renewals, consolidations, relocations, space optimization
• Evaluate owned and leased properties and provide strategic recommendations on acquisition
• Direct strategic capital planning, design and construction projects with coordination to day-to-day
• Develop, maintain, and monitor budgets; collaborate with Finance on real estate forecasts and
• Build and mentor a high-performing real estate and facilities organization to support Sotheby’s

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Construction
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate/ commercial real estate, facilities
• Significant experience leading enterprise-level real estate strategy and portfolio management in a
• Strong CRE finance background: financial modeling, capital planning, budgeting, and portfolio
• Proven track record negotiating commercial office leases, subleases, restructurings, and other
• Experience evaluating owned vs. leased occupancy strategies and presenting financially-driven
