VP Engineering

📋 Description

• Serve as executive leader for global product engineering organization, setting strategic direction
• Partner with Product Management to translate product vision into engineering priorities and
• Lead engineering teams across multiple locations, fostering accountability, collaboration
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled coding and development lifecycle practices across software
• Lead development and delivery of SaaS and cloud-based products ensuring scalability, reliability
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across product systems

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, with focus on software product development and
• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including management of engineering organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; Master's
• Demonstrated experience building customer-facing software products, preferably in SaaS or
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices and full product development lifecycle
• Proven experience developing scalable, reliable, and high-quality software products in fast-paced
