15+ years of experience in a software engineering environment
10+ years managing senior individual contributors and other leads/managers, including leading
Direct experience building network observability, network performance monitoring, or
Strong technical fluency in networking fundamentals and telemetry (TCP/IP, routing/switching
Experience in delivering high performance hardware/appliances system for network telemetry/packets
