• Define AI transformation roadmap; drive capability audits and measurable improvements.
• Own budgets, utilization, and financial contribution; set targets and track metrics.
• Standardize frameworks and design systems; ensure accessibility and consistent outputs.
• Drive brand consistency and high-quality outputs at scale.
• Represent ACx in external thought leadership; create client content and case studies.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in UX/Product/Experience Design with senior leadership.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ people.
• Track record transforming practices; building processes and culture.
• Experience managing senior leaders and principal contributors.
• Commercial & Strategic Acumen: client relationships, BD, budgeting.
• Technology & AI Fluency: lead tech transitions; Agentic AI.
• Exceptional communicator; agile; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Nice to have: BMAD familiarity or AI-augmented discovery; design systems.
