📋 Description

• Lead equity fundraising and develop the capital strategy required to support the organization's
• Design and execute asset financing structures for fleets and energy infrastructure, including
• Lead deal design across pricing and commercial structures, including leasing, energy sales, and
• Build and maintain an integrated financial model connecting engineering requirements, deployment
• Establish audit, financial controls, governance, and investor relations capabilities aligned with
• Identify and maximize eligible tax credits, grants, and public financing programs that can support

🎯 Requirements

• Significant executive-level experience leading finance, capital strategy, fundraising, and
• Demonstrated experience raising substantial amounts of equity and debt across different market
• Strong experience financing long-lived, capital-intensive assets, ideally within energy, utilities
• Experience developing or financing novel asset or infrastructure models where established financing
• Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity, leasing structures, infrastructure
• Ability to develop sophisticated financial models that connect capital requirements, deployment
