📋 Description

• Manage FP&A and Accounting teams
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, audits, and GAAP compliance
• Review forecast and budget; provide actionable insight to leadership
• Lead board/investor reporting and treasury oversight
• Partner on pricing strategy; lead pricing discussions with Sales
• Oversee equity management (BSPCE, BSA) and related communications

🎯 Requirements

• Business school graduate (top-tier Grande École or equivalent)
• 5 years in Audit or Transaction Services at a top-tier firm
• 2-5 years in-house at VC-backed startup as Head of Finance or equivalent
• Strong business mindset; pricing strategy and sales incentives
• Good knowledge of French corporate law, BSPCE and BSA
• Exceptional communicator; distill complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
