📋 Description

• Lead the FP&A team, partnering closely with stakeholders to budget, forecast, and manage the
• Play an integral role in the company’s strategic evolution from a subscription membership model to
• Lead a redesigned enterprise planning and performance reporting process and manage rolling forecast
• Drive strategic financial planning, building long range plans and sizing strategic initiatives.
• Partner with CFO to formulate external guidance and manage the business to meet external
• Lead corporate financing activities and complete financings with internal and external counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 15+ years of experience in finance and strategic analysis in operational roles within an ecommerce
• Additional experience in investment banking/consulting/asset management is a plus.
• Curious, hardworking, with demonstrated ability to quickly immerse into a new business and provide
• Ability to focus on details as well as understand the larger context; independent thinker.
• Experience leading, building, and managing a high performing team.
