VP, Finance

📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on growth strategy, profitability, investment
• Apply financial rigor to pricing, monetization, new product development, market expansion
• Lead fundraising, debt and liquidity strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic
• Develop and communicate a compelling financial narrative for the Board, investors, lenders, and
• Own quarterly forecasts, long-range financial models, scenario planning, and the company's
• Develop a deep understanding of revenue drivers, margins, customer economics, pricing, payment

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, growth equity, corporate
• Significant experience working in high-growth technology companies
• Experience leading a Finance function or a major Finance department within a technology, SaaS
• Investment banking or private equity experience, including hands-on valuation, transaction
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities, including three-statement modeling, unit economics
• Proven experience developing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical
