VP Financial Planning & Analysis (Remote)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain planning and analysis tools for senior management goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align plans with company goals
• Lead global budgeting, planning and monthly re-forecasting
• Build and maintain growth and strategic models including the 5-year plan
• Ensure validity of planning tool models and data integrity
• Lead and develop staff; advise on hiring/promotions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field required
• 10+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, PivotTables) plus PowerPoint and ThinkCell
• Experience with Adaptive/Hyperion/Host Analytics or similar budgeting tool
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation and complex modeling
• Excellent communication and time management
