📋 Description

• Lead FS&I strategy and growth across banking, insurance, payments, and wealth.
• Define industry roadmap, thought leadership, and market messaging for FSI buyers.
• Translate FS&I needs into product strategy (AI agents, automation, integrations).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Alliances to shape offerings.
• Support strategic sales with banks, credit unions, fintechs, insurers as industry expert.
• Build and refine FSI GTM: segmentation, personas, value props, positioning, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep FS/insurance domain expertise across banking, credit unions, fintech, payments, wealth, or insurance.
• Experience in digital transformation, CX, contact center modernization, AI/automation, SaaS, cloud.
• Ability to operate as both a strategy leader and a commercial general manager.
• Strong executive presence with customers, partners, analysts, and internal leadership.
• Familiarity with regulated-industry needs: security, compliance, data privacy, auditability, and operational resilience.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering to shape market-specific solutions.
